General information

We are a small seasonal business with only seven rooms in total and a very short rental season. It is very hard to fill a room on short notice, due to this we have a very strict cancellation policy.  

We require a one night non-refundable deposit (the deposit is equal to one night's room rental). If you book before May, the deposit will be debited the first week of May. Before May 1st, you can cancel without any penalty. After May 1st, the deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel 30 days prior to but not with in a week (seven days) before your stay, the deposit is still non-refundable, but we will cancel the rest of your stay. If you cancel within seven days of your arrival, the entire amount will be debited from your credit card. Early departures are considered as cancellations and are non-refundable. 

All information you give us is to book your stay and will not be sold or given to any one at any time. We may mail out discounts during the year.
